The Action Learning projects provide the best opportunity for students who have completed coursework in functional disciplines
to integrate their knowledge.
Students
also obtain valuable networking contacts through their action
learning project managers. In some cases, students have
been offered positions in the company for which they completed
an Action Learning project.
