Additional models and consulting skills will be introduced and the class will be given the chance to practice these consultative/facilitative techniques. In addition, the course will integrate the learning from the first and second sessions. Toward this end, the course will develop a framework that considers the purpose of a consulting strategy (why); the process that one might employ (how); and the principles that form the foundations for action and intervention (what).
