Michael Devlin has served as Associate Dean, Executive Education since 2007. During that time his team has launched several new programs, most notably the department's signature offering, Leadership Deep Dive. Michael worked on the team that developed and launched a new curriculum for the Weatherhead School's Executive MBA degree, increasing that program's focus on enhancing the leadership skills of its students.

Before joining Weatherhead as Associate Dean, he held senior marketing positions in several higher education institutions, including Cuyahoga Community College, Boston College and, from 2002-2004, the Weatherhead School of Management. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director of Communications for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. After obtaining his MBA from Weatherhead in 1993, Devlin spent eight years at Invacare Corporation in marketing and product development roles, launching many ground-breaking products and winning numerous advertising awards, as well as being listed on several U.S. patents.

Devlin was born and raised in Portadown, Northern Ireland where he lived until he moved to Scotland to attend the University of Edinburgh. After obtaining his B.A from Edinburgh, and serving as president of the student government for a sabbatical year, he moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1986 to take a position with sports marketing giant IMG. Other than his stint at Boston College, he has claimed Cleveland as home ever since, and is a relentless Cleveland booster.
