The Dively Building features state-of-the-art equipment including computers, software, projectors, DVD and VHS players, wireless microphone capabilities, wireless network, high-speed guest network, and convenient email kiosks. On-site A/V technicians are available to assist your presenters.

Room 202: The Premier Industrial Lecture Room

Room Highlights: Traditional classroom

The largest instructional space in the Dively Building, the Premier Industrial Lecture Room accommodates up to 98 people. The classroom features comfortable, conference-type chairs for all-day events, two projections screens, sliding whiteboards, chalkboards/whiteboards and a variety of built in A/V equipment. In addition to lecture-style presentations, the classroom can be set up for panel discussions and other program formats. Attractive as well as functional, a beautiful bay window overlooks the Dively Building’s main entry.

Room 203: The Lincoln Electric Foundation Seminar Room

Room 213: The NESCO/Robert J. Tomsich Classroom

This stepped, interactive classroom seats 48 people for brief or all-day events. The classroom is equipped with three projection screens, sliding whiteboards, chalkboards and a variety of built-in A/V equipment, and is bright with natural light from the large windows.

Room 214: The Ernest M. Wuliger Classroom

The Wuliger Classroom is a stepped, interactive classroom with fixed desks and comfortable conference-type chairs that can seat 48 people for brief or all-day events. The classroom is equipped with three projection screens, sliding whiteboards, chalkboards and a variety of built-in A/V equipment. Wireless connectivity is available in the room by using a “Case guest” wireless account at no charge.

The Agnes O. Hanson Board Room

The Hanson Board Room, with its elegant and formal appearance, offers an attractive location for a variety of corporate functions. A modular, 22-seat conference table overlooks a central fireplace with an intricately detailed mantle and slate hearth. Anchoring each end of the formal space are intimate seating alcoves and meeting areas. Equipped with A/V capabilities and variable lighting, the space is ideal for smaller-scale presentations. The Hanson Board Room is also available for informal receptions and seated meals. Price does not include A/V other than 2 flipcharts.

The Forest City Enterprises, Inc., Pavilion

The centerpiece of the George S. Dively Building is the Forest City Pavilion, a two-story space with a soaring cathedral ceiling and high arched windows. The focal point is a grand staircase, which is the main intersection for visitors to the Dively Building. Flooded with natural light and enhanced with an elegant chandelier, the Forest City Pavilion can accommodate over 100 people for lectures or can be set up with tables for banquets or receptions. The Pavilion offers seating and study alcoves at both levels, which also serve as meeting and breakout areas for smaller groups from nearby classrooms. Faceplates for computer access to the University’s fiber-optic network are located throughout the space. On the south side of the Forest City Pavilion, the doors open onto the terrace for outdoor receptions. Does not include A/V.

The Dining Room

The Dively Building’s formal Dining Room, lined with large windows overlooking a terrace and garden, can accommodate over 100 people in a variety of seating arrangements. Adjacent to a fully-equipped, modern, catering kitchen, the Dining Room provides either seated or buffet-style breakfast, lunch or dinner. Variable lighting allows for a dinner speaker or multimedia presentation. Price does not include A/V.
