Room Description

The Forest City Enterprises, Inc. Pavilion. The centerpiece of the George S. Dively Building is the Forest City Pavilion, a two-story space with a soaring cathedral ceiling and high arched windows. The focal point is a grand staircase, which is the main intersection for visitors to the Dively Building. Flooded with natural light and enhanced with an elegant chandelier, the Forest City Pavilion can accommodate over 200 people for lectures or can be set up with tables for banquets or receptions. The Pavilion offers seating and study alcoves at both levels, which also serve as meeting and breakout areas for smaller groups from nearby classrooms. Faceplates for computer access to the University's fiber-optic network are located throughout the space. On the south side of the Forest City Pavilion, the doors open into the terrace for outdoor receptions.
